Spring Break

Spring break to me is the best point in the year, in some cases it has even proved to be a better experience than summer. The reason for this is because I get to spend a lot of quality time with me family witch I normally don't have the opportunity to do over summer because I'm so preoccupied with other things.

Why Tiger doesn't quite have the same roar

Many took notice last week as the Tiger story continued to unravel at the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines. He grew up rather close to the course, and was very familiar with winning while playing there going into the tournament. It was a mystery to every analyst who picked Tiger why he ended up T44 on Sunday. I guess what can be said is that he's going through some swing changes, and struggling to take the game from the range to the course, something one would expect out of the weekend-warrior type, but not a 14-time major champion. I guess it goes to show that even the most fundamentally sound and talented golfers in the world struggle with things that regular mortals do.

Tiger Woods

I was glad to see Tiger get beaten at the Chevron today by Graham McDowell, I truly believe it serves him right and I really hope it ends up that he falls short of Jack's record.

Why primetime 20/20 is something you should watch

This show, though at times is a little bit out there, is a great reminder of the morals and ethics we should strive to live by as humans. Some of these scenarios I have even encountered!

The Book of Eli

I recently revisited the Book of Eli. What a wonderful movie! Denzel Washington suits the lead role perfectly, I can't think of any other actor that would've done a better job than he did. There are a series of mini-twists along the way, and one major twist at the end. I won't provide a spoiler on this blog, but if you choose to see it, be prepared for a jaw-dropping ending.

Africa

I'd just like to formally wish my brother a good time in Africa, paddling some of the biggest white-water in the world!
